NEW ORLEANS, La. - Principia College's Drew Clark has been named to the United States Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Division III All-Academic Track & Field Team for the 2011 season.

Clark, a junior from Hopkinton, Mass., was one of 200 student-athletes representing 72 institutions. He was also the lone student-athlete to be named to the team from the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC). Clark earned All-American honors in the indoor 800m and outdoor 1500m, earning sixth and fifth places respectively.

To qualify for the USTFCCCA All-Academic Track & Field Team, the student-athlete must have compiled a cumulative grade point average of 3.30 and have met an NCAA automatic or provisional qualifying mark in an individual or relay event at some point in either indoorr or outdoor seasons.
