Coach Sandi Creeglow, MacMurray College
Creeglow won two SLIAC Coach of the Year awards during her career and led the Highlanders to the first-ever SLIAC regular-season title in 1991.

Coach Lonnie Folks, Maryville University
Folks was named SLIAC Coach of the Year in both 1996 and 1997, helping the Saints to a regular-season title in 1997.

Coach Laura Small, Fontbonne University
Small won her two SLIAC Coach of the Year awards in back-to-back seasons; coming in 1994 and 1995 and captured the Griffins' first SLIAC title in 1995. 

Katie Aulbur, Maryville University
Aulbur, a 1997 Maryville Hall of Fame member, was a two-time First Team All-Conference pick in 1991 and 1992.

Sue Bateman, Maryville University
Bateman was an All-Conference player from 1992-94, earning First Team honors in 1992 and 1994.

Joanna Beckstrom, Principia College
Beckstrom earned First Team All-Conference three times, from 1993-95.

Holly Bryant, Westminster College
A three-time First Team All-Conference pick from 1992-94.

Joy Davis, MacMurray College
Davis was a two-time First Team All-Conference pick for MacMurray, finishing her career with 144 hits, 109 runs, and a Highlander record 107 runs batted in. 

Cathy Donley, Fontbonne University
Was a two-time First Team All-Conference pick in 1995 and 1996.

Kelly Edgar, Maryville University
Earned First Team All-Conference honors in 1996 and 1997.

Carol Fletcher, MacMurray College
A two-time First Team All-Conference selection in the early 90's she holds the program single-season record with a .434 batting average and was inducted into the MacMurray Hall of Fame in 1999.

Kelly Govero, Maryville University
Govero was a three-time All-Conference pick for the Saints from 1995-97.

Stephanie Holt, Blackburn College
One of just four Beavers to earn All-Conference honors all four years she was a First Team selection from 1996-98. 

Brenda Kroll, Westminster College
Kroll was a First Team All-Conference selection for the Blue Jays in 1992 and 1993.

Beth Lunte, Greenville University
Lunte was a two-sport star for the Panthers from 1994-98 but earned an All-Decade nod in softball as the 1997 SLIAC Player of the Year. She was named First Team All-Conference twice during her career and threw a no-hitter in 1997. She was part of the 2007 SLIAC Hall of Fame class and still ranks in the top ten in SLIAC career wins.

Katie Maynard, Webster University
Crossing between decades, Maynard picked up All-Conference honors each of her four years with the Gorloks including First Team honors in each of her first three seasons.

Robyn McArthur, Westminster College
McArthur was a First Team All-Conference selection in each of her four years in a Blue Jays uniform. 

Jennifer Murphy, MacMurray College
Murphy earned First Team All-Conference honors three times during her career from 1990-93 and totaled 44 stolen bases with 80 RBI and a program record 126 runs scored during that time.

Kori Nance, Westminster College
Nance was named All-Conference three times during her career for the Blue Jays.

Diana Pinkley, Fontbonne University
Pinkley was one of the all-time great pitchers in the league, starring for the Griffins from 1994-97. She earned First Team All-Conference honors all four years and finished her career with 48 wins, 3rd most all-time in SLIAC history, and a 1.26 earned-run average, 2nd best all-time. She was elected to the SLIAC Hall of Fame in 2015.

Olivia Reichert, Maryville University
A two-time First Team All-Conference pick, Reichert was a member of the 1997 SLIAC championship team. She ranks 2nd in SLIAC career batting average (.485) and first in triples (24).

Erika Thompson, MacMurray College
Thompson was a three-time All-Conference player, earning First Team honors in 1994 and 1995.

Holly Wachtel, MacMurray College
Wachtel was a two-time First Team All-Conference pick as a pitcher and is MacMurray's all-time wins leader with 28 victories while totaling 115 strikeouts in 366 innings.

Chris Warren, MacMurray College
A three-time All-Conference pitcher, twice as a First Team selection, Warren finished her career with 133 strikeouts in 411 innings pitched from 1990-93.

Jaime Wickers, Maryville University
Wickers picked up All-Conference nods each year from 1996-98.

Lydia Windmiller, Westminster College
Windmiller earned First Team All-Conference honors in both 1998 and 1999 and an additional All-Conference nod in 2000.

Dianne Woolfolk, Blackburn College
Woolfolk, a 2007 SLIAC Hall of Fame inductee, played for the Beavers from 1999-93. She was selected First Team All-Conference in 1992 and 1993.

Jeanne Zes, Webster University
Zes helped the Gorloks to three consecutive SLIAC regular-season titles including two tournament championships. She was the SLIAC Player of the Year in 1998 and earned All-Conference honors twice during the decade. She finished her career with 48 wins and 253 strikeouts with 13 shutouts.
