Spalding #18, Webster #25 In Latest ABCA/Collegiate Baseball Poll

Spalding University moved up three spots to #18 in the latest ABCA/Collegiate Baseball Poll and Webster University dropped three spots to #25 in the rankings. This marks the third straight week the pair of SLIAC programs have both been ranked in the national poll. 

Spalding picked up nearly 70 points in this week's poll, totaling 187 points, to move up three spots to #18 in the rankings. The Golden Eagles are 17-3 overall and 5-0 in conference action. They are set to face Greenville University in a three-game divisional series this weekend in Louisville, Ky. with a doubleheader being played on Saturday. 

Webster slipped three spots to #25 this week, receiving 64 total points. The Gorloks are 11-6 overall this year and 2-1 in the SLIAC. They have won two straight and face Washington University-St. Louis on Wednesday before returning to conference action this weekend with a three-game series against Eureka.
