SLIAC All-Decade Volleyball (2000-09)

Coach Tom Ackerman, Greenville University
Joining the league in 2002, Ackerman was named Coach of the Year in his first season and added a second top coaching award in 2008. 

Coach Merry Graf, Webster University
Coach Graf earned the league's top coaching award twice during the decade; in 2005 and 2007. The Gorloks won three regular-season and four tournament titles to close out the decade under Coach Graf. 

Coach Kim Kutis, Fontbonne University
Kutis won back-to-back Coach of the Year awards to start the decade as she guided the Griffins to five consecutive SLIAC regular-season titles including an undefeated SLIAC record in 2004. She was inducted into the SLIAC Hall of Fame in 2020. 

Coach Mary Ann Sprague, Principia College
Sprague was the SLIAC Coach of the Year in 2003 and 2006. She led the Panthers to a 9-0 SLIAC record in 2006, when they won the program's only SLIAC regular championship. 

Jessica Dothager, Greenville University
Dothager was an All-Conference player to close out the decade, beginning with a Second Team selection as a sophomore and ending as the league's top player in 2009.

Heather Erwin, Principia College
A four-time All-Conference selection Erwin was the Panthers' lead setter during their run from 2001-04. She earned First Team honors as both a junior and senior and is currently 10th in SLIAC history in career assists with 2466.

Erin Grobe, Webster University
Earning All-Conference three times during the decade, including two First Team selections. She still ranks in the Top 10 in Gorlok history in both kills and digs. 

Amy Hauschild, Fontbonne University
Hauschild was named All-Conference in each of her four years with the Griffins. She was a two-time Player of the Year, winning in 2000 and 2001.

Kerry Hammer, Greenville University
Hammer was named All-Conference all four years including First Team as a senior. Playing from 2005-008, the defensive standout is the league's all-time leader in digs with 2262; averaging 5.94 per set. 

Maggie Hoette, Maryville University
A four-time All-Conference pick including a pair of First Team selections she totaled 1299 kills during her career, averaging 3.81 per set. 

Jenny Keuss, Fontbonne University
Keuess was named First Team All-Conference three times during her career including being named the SLIAC Player of the Year in 2002.

Kaleena Lewison, Blackburn College
Lewison was a three-time All-Conference performer, twice being named First Team. She led the team in digs all four years with the Beavers; totaling 1309 in her career. 

Michae McKay, Greenville University
One of the few players in league history to be named First Team All-Conference four times, McKay was a force from 2000-03. She is second in Panther history with 1342 kills, averaging 4.07 per set.

Nicole Moyer, Fontbonne University
Moyer was chosen as an All-Conference player four times during her career, twice earning First Team honors including the league's Player of the Year award in 2003 and 2004. She finished with 1375 kills during her career. She was inducted into the SLIAC Hall of Fame in 2012

Jackie Schall, Webster University
Schall was a four-time All-Conference pick, earning First Team honors three times during her career. She finished with 1113 kills and 839 digs from 2006-09.

Crystal Shelton, Webster University
Shelton was one of three players during this decade to earn First Team All-Conference honors four times, she was the SLIAC Player of the Year in 2005 when she helped the Gorloks to a regular-season title. Shelton sits 3rd all-time in the SLIAC in kills with over 1700 and is just one of three players with over 2000 total points in their career. Shelton was a 2017 SLIAC Hall of Fame inductee.

Christina Speer, Principia College
Speer was one of the most dominant players in league history, being named First Team All-Conference four times including being the only player in league history to take home three Player of the Year awards, and is just one of two players from the SLIAC to be named CoSIDA Academic All-America. She is the SLIAC all-time leader in kills with over 2400 and second in total blocks. She joined the SLIAC Hall of Fame in 2014.

Melissa Zwilling, Webster University
Zwilling was selected First Team All-Conference three times during the decade. She totaled 1463 kills during her career, averaging 3.78 per set.
