New SLIAC Content Starting This Week
Be on the lookout for new content from the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference beginning this week. Even though athletic competition is still on hiatus, we will be bringing you plenty of new content this year to help you get to know your SLIAC student-athletes, coaches, and administrators.
This year's yearly student-athlete interviews will have a new focus, a take off the tv show Masked Singer, called Masked Athlete 'SLIAC Edition'. Each Monday we will release a teaser video where a student-athlete from a member school lists some fun facts. It is then up to you to guess who that student-athlete is before the final reveal each Friday. After the reveal be sure to watch the full interview with the student-athlete to get to know about them.
On Tuesdays, we will have a feature called 'Between Two Desks'. This feature includes SLIAC Commissioner Dr. Dick Kaiser sitting down with the athletic director from each school, giving you a chance to know more about the A.D.'s that are helping guide your athletic department.
Thursday's on social media has long been known as Throwback Thursdays. We will join in that trend by releasing the SLIAC All-Decade Teams (2010-2019) each Thursday until the end of the year with special commentary from prominent coaches during the decade.
