Mental Health and Wellness: Stress Study Success

Mental Health and Wellness is a growing concern, particularly in the time of a pandemic. This past spring the NCAA launched a new Mental Health and Wellness campaign to serve as a platform for student-athletes, administrators, coaches, staff, and support networks across the country. The campaign was started to begin a discussion, speak out on, and break the stigma surrounding mental health.

In conjunction with the NCAA's year-long campaign, the SLIAC will be releasing weekly talks with Dr. Dawn Graff-Haight over the next few weeks. Our goal is to not only provide a starting point to begin talks on mental health and wellness but to offer tips and ways to cope with numerous issues.

This session talks about success in studying in a time of stress. Studying has evolved with a majority of classes included some form of online structure. This week we look at good study habits and how to maintain our health during the stressful time of exams. Please come back each week for more tips and tools in learning more about Mental Health and Wellness.
