Eureka has hit a slide lately, dropping four of their last five games including their last two games. Westminster is coming off a win over Greenville on Saturday but has won just two of their last five games. The Blue Jays are 3rd in the league at 88.9 points per game but have struggled on the defensive end, allowing 94.6 points per game. The Blue Jays offense is buoyed by sharpshooter Ethan Thompson. Thompson is averaging 18.5 points per game and has knocked down 65 three's this season to lead the Blue Jays, who are the top three-point shooting team in the SLIAC. Thompson recorded his third 30 point game of the season last weekend and is hitting on 46-percent of his long-range shots. Landon Harrison (18.1 ppg) and Jaxon Althaus (16.4 ppg) are the only other Blue Jays averaging in double figures in scoring. |
