SLIAC MEN'S BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK - JANUARY 15 TreVaughn Goodman, Principia College Goodman, a sophomore from Plantation, Florida, highlighted his week with a triple-double while pouring in the third most points in conference history. Goodman netted 43 points, on 16-of-18 shooting, against Greenville while also grabbing 15 rebounds and dishing 14 assists. He also picked up three steals and two blocked shots in the game. Goodman followed with 23 points and five assists while leading Principia to a win over Fontbonne. On the week Goodman averaged 33.0 points, 9.5 rebounds, and 9.5 assists while shooting 80-percent from the field. |

SLIAC WOMEN'S BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK - JANUARY 15 Kendahl Adams, Westminster College Kendahl Adams, a junior guard, helped the Blue Jays win two of their three games last week, averaging 19.3 points, 8.3 rebounds, and 4.3 assists per game. She also recorded eight steals over the three games while shooting 83-percent from the free-throw line. Adams' best game was a 28 point, 9 assist, 8 rebound, 5 steal outing against Barclay. She led her team in scoring twice on the week and has now scored in double figures in six straight games. |
