This week's St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Players of the Week are: Ryan Burgess, from Greenville College; Kali George, from Eureka College; Luke Jarvis, from MacMurray College; Drew Johnson, from MacMurray College; Code Power, from Greenville College; Kayla Riggs, from Spalding University; Andrew Sharp, from Greenville College, and Katelyn Sullens, from Webster University.

SLIAC/DIAMOND SPORTS BASEBALL HITTER OF THE WEEK Drew Johnson, a senior outfielder from Creal Springs, Ill., is this week's SLIAC Hitter of the Week. Johnson hit .429 on the week with three home runs and six runs batted, helping his team to a pair of conference wins; and hitting a home run in three consecutive games. Johnson started the week by going 3-for-4 with a home run and three RBI in their series opener against Eureka. He followed with two hits, including another long ball, and two more RBI in a win over Eureka in game two. Johnson ripped his third home run of the week, a solo shot, in his team's 1-0 win over Webster. On the week Johnson finished with a 1.143 slugging percentage while scoring six runs. |

SLIAC/DIAMOND SPORTS BASEBALL PITCHER OF THE WEEK Luke Jarvis, a junior from Kankakee, Ill., is this week's SLIAC/Diamond Sports Pitcher of the Week after a dominating performance against Webster. Jarvis recorded a no-hitter for the Highlanders; going seven hitless innings while striking out 10. He allowed just two base runners in the game, a hit batter and an error. Jarvis retired 16 straight batters at one point in the game including striking out the side in the second inning. Jarvis is currently in the top five in the SLIAC in wins, earned-run average and strikeouts per nine innings. |

SLIAC SOFTBALL PITCHER OF THE WEEK Kali George, a sophomore from East Peoria, Ill., notched one her team's two wins in a double header sweep of Rockford. George threw game one of the double header, going seven innings and allowing just one run. She allowed just one hit, and three walks, while striking out six batters.

SLIAC MEN'S TENNIS PLAYER OF THE WEEK Code Power, a senior from St. Louis, Mo., had a busy week in picking up the SLIAC Men's Tennis Player of the Week honors. Power went undefeated in four singles matches and added another three wins in doubles. Power's most impressive win of the week was a come from behind win over St. Thomas. After dropping the opening set 6-2, POwer rallied for 6-4 and 10-8 wins to take the match. Power added wins at the #3 singles position over North Central, Loras, and Buena Vista. He teamed with John Urshan to pick up three more doubles wins as the #2 team for Greenville.

SLIAC MEN'S TRACK PLAYER OF THE WEEK Andrew Sharp is the SLIAC Men's Track Player of the Week after a strong opening weekend in the outdoor season. Sharp, a sophomore from Altamont, Ill., picked up two first place finishes at the Wash U Mini-Meet. Sharp placed first in the 400 meter dash with a personal best time of 48.95 and added another top finish in the 800 meter dash, running a 1:57.68. He also competed in the 200 meter dash, setting a new personal record.

SLIAC MEN'S FIELD PLAYER OF THE WEEK Ryan Burgess, a junior from Festus, Mo., is the SLIAC Men's Field Player of the Week. Burgess headed to St. Louis, Mo. for the first weekend of the outdoor season and came back with a first place medal in the hammer throw. Burgess took first place at the Wash U Mini-Meet with a distance of 152'11", besting his previous personal best distance by six feet.

SLIAC WOMEN'S TRACK PLAYER OF THE WEEK Kayla Riggs, a junior from Shepherdsville, Ky., is off to a strong start for the outdoor season; with a pair of performances at the Pioneer Invitational. Riggs ran the first ever sub-five minute 1500 in school history, placing fourth overall with a time of 4:59.56. She added a fourth place finish in the 800 meter race, running a personal best of 2:25.72

- Kam Bruner, Spalding University (Baseball) - Bruner went 6-for-11 with five RBI over three games last week.
- Kerrigan Dura, Eureka College (Softball) - Dura went 3-for-3 with a home run and three RBI in her team's 4-1 win over Rockford.
- Mike Hardin, Greenville College (Baseball) - Hardin hit three home runs in the Panthers 10-5 win over St. Norbert.
- Jimi Keating, Spalding University (Baseball) - Keating went seven innings, striking out nine and allowing just one hit in a shutout win over Principia.
- Charles McGee, Webster University (Tennis) - McGee rolled to wins over Illinois College at #5 singles and #3 doubles, winning his sixth straight singles match.
- Joey Sander, Principia College (Tennis) - Sander was perfect in recording a pair of wins last week; sweeping his opponent from Knox in singles and in doubles.
- Blake Thomas, Webster University (Baseball) - Thomas was 2-for-3 with a home run and four RBI in his team's win over Eureka.
- Ray Vogel, Eureka College (Baseball) Vogel went 3-for-3 with two stolen bases while scoring his team's only run in a loss to Webster.
- Jaimey Watrous, MacMurray College (Softball) - Watrous hit .571 last week, driving in seven, over four games.
